Roebuck Pizza is one of three projects so far on which Epic Builders has successfully collaborated with Greg Shuff and the DryHop team. Completed in 2019, the approximately 8,802 SF space is right next door to DryHop and accommodates three amazing floors of all things related to artisan pizza, brewing, and craft beer. What a delicious place to be!

This new pizza restaurant and bar emerged out of a vacant retail space and empty parking garage. Formed with vision, creativity, and a love for all things tasty, you’ll find a massive pizza oven – centerpiece stye – complete with vivid red tiles. Cool hanging overhead shelves above the bar made from stainless steel and wood pieces start plenty of conversations … not to mention the gorgeous copper countertop bar, surrounded by dining and raised seating, and covered in custom wood tile flooring with a sun-colored hue, and crafted in Italy!

Of course, an artisan pizza simply isn’t complete without the refreshing brew that accompanies it … brewed onsite with a new 10-barrel system, fermenters and brite tanks, all perched atop cementitious urethane flooring and drains, and partnered with a brand new glycol chiller system. Everything from lighting, floors and finishes, to equipment, functionality, and beautiful materials … Roebuck Pizza is sure to be a delight to hungry and thirsty patrons.

SCOPE

• New pizza restaurant and bar

• Kitchen, bar, dishwasher area, washrooms

• 10-barrel system with fermenters and brite tanks, drains, glycol chiller system, walk-in coolers and draft system, fermentation room, rigging and installation of pizza oven, cementitious urethane flooring

• Dining and raised seating area, custom wood tile flooring crafted from Italy, Venetian wall finishes, string lighting, quarry tile flooring, porcelain tiles

• Entry vestibule and LaCantina bi-folding doors with wood finish trim

• Overhead custom steel and wood shelves over bar, framed bar with copper countertop and brick facade

• All new M/E/P systems, electrical service, kitchen hoods and fans, mechanical rooftop units, air distribution system
